Dr. Deborah Davis

Kinship Coaching and Consulting was formed to walk with others as they journey toward becoming a leader worth following. It is a passion and privilege to walk alongside others and see them grow personally and professionally. As a GiANT Worldwide certified guide with 24 years of educational experience as a teacher, counselor, and administrator, Deborah is excited to share her experiences and expertise with leaders in all industry areas.

Deborah has been married to her high-school sweetheart for over 30 years. They have three grown children. She spent 24 years in public and private education. She has a BS in Middle Grades Education, a Masters in School Counseling, a Specialist in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. 

She provides one-on-one executive leadership coaching, small-cohort coaching, team training, and educational leadership curriculum for middle and high school students. She also facilitates family retreats, where, over a weekend, parents and children learn tools to improve family dynamics and communication.
